IMPROVING CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS IN THE CITY
OF DENTON, TEXAS.
TI{E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS,
TF~T~
Ordinance No 65-31 , declaring the necessity for the im-
provements of the hereinafter named streets was passed on the
14th day of September , 19 65 A D , and Ordin-
ance NO 65-37 , closing the hearing and levying the assess-
ments Was passed on the 12th day of October , 19 65
A D , and the work of improving the streets described on Exhibit
A, which is made a part hereof and attached hereto, has been
completed, the Director of Community Development of the City of
Denton having measured, examined and caused to be tested the
fzn~shed improvements by the means and in the manner provided
by the terms of such contract and of plans and specifications
therein contained, and the Director of Community Development
having found that such improvements have been constructed and
completed in full compliance with the terms of said contract and
the plans and specifications %herein contained, and having ap-
proved and acdepted sa~d improvements, and having recommended
that the City Council accept said work and Improvements, at ~s,
accordingly, ordered that said work and improvements have been
found by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Denton to
have been performed and con~pleted in full compliance with the
terms of the said contract and plans and specifications, the
same is no. hereby accepted and approved by the C~ty of Denton,
Texas
