1966-041 IMPROVING CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS IN THE CITY
OF DENTON, TEXAS
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS,
Ordinance No 64-~6 , declaring the necessity for the lm-
provem6nts of the hereinafter named streets was passed on the
26th,, day of F~¥ , 19,,~4 A D , and Ordin-
ance NO ~ ~ , closing the hearing and levying the assess-
ments was passed on the .... day of , 19
A D , and the work of lmprovlng the streets described on Exhibit
A, which is made a part hereof and attached hereto, has been
completed, the Director of Community Development of the C~ty of
Denton having measured, examined and caused %0 be tested the
fmnzshed improvements by the means and in the manner provided
by the terms of such contract and of plans and specifications
there~n contained, and the Director of Community Development
having found that such improvements have been constructed and
completed in full compliance w~th the terms of sald contract and
the plans and specifications %herein contained, and having ap-
proved and acdepted said improvements, and having recommended
that the C1ty Council accept said work and ~mprovements, it ~s,
accordingly, ordered that said work and ~mprovements have been
found by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Denton to
have been performed and completed in full compliance w~th the
terms of the said contract and plans and speclflcat~ons, the
same is no. hereby accepted and approved by the Clty of Denton,
Texas

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
I, Robert L Pearce, Director of Community Development, of
the City of Denton, Texas, do hereby certify to the Honorable City
Council of said City that the work of improving the following streets
and portions thereof in the City of Denton, Texas, as described
herein, has been completed by Public Construction Company in
accordance with the terms of a contract entered into by and between
the City of Denton, Texas, and the said Public Construction Company
dated June 9, 1964, and in accordance with the terms of Ordinance
No 64-26 passed and approved on the 26th day of May, A D 1964,
ordering such improvements, and that such improvements have been
constructed and completed in full compliance with the terms of
such contract, and with the plans and specifications therein con-
tained or referred to, and I do hereby recommend that the Honorable
City Council accept and receive said work and improvements as con-
structed by the said Public Construction Company, the said streets
and portions thereof being described as follows
