NO. 65-44 TO LIMIT THE CONDITION DESCRIBED THEREIN TO APPLY
ONLY TO THE GLEN R WILKINSON, ET UX, TRACT AND TO REMOVE CITY
LOT 5~ BLOCK 4071 FROM THE BURDEN OF SUCH CONDITION AND DE-
CLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I.
That the condmtlon mmposed by Ordmnance No 65-44, ohangmng
the zoning class~fmcat~on of Cmty Lot 5,6 and 7 of C~ty Block
4071 as shown on the offmclal plat of the Cmty of Denton on
f~le mn the offl¢e of the Czty Tax Assessor ms hereby removed
as same applies to sazd Lot 5, but ms expressly retained as a
condzt~on to the zoning of samd Lots 6 and 7
SECTION II
That th~s ordznanoe shall be mn full force and effect mmmed~ately
after ~ts passage and approval
