1966-038 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXASt PROVIDING A REWARD OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO CONVICTION OF PERSONS DAMAGING, DESTROYING OR STEALING CITY PROPERTY, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS SECTION I. That the Code of Ordxnances of the City of Denton, Texas, is hereby amended by adding new section 14-10 in Chapter Four- teen of said Code of Ordinances which shall hereafter read as follows SECTION 14-10 MALICIOUS MISCHIEF, VANDALISM, THEFT The City will pay a reward of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) cash to any person furnishing and pro- riding the City with information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person for the offense or offenses of Theft, Malicious Mischief or Vanda- lism whlch directly involves the loss, destruction, desecration or damage of property owned by the City SECTION II,. That this ordinance shall become effective fourteen {~4) days from the date of its passage, and the City Secretary hereby directed to cause the caption of this ordinance to be published twice in the Denton Record-Chronicle within ten (10) days of the date of 1ts passage. AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT WARRANTS, SERIES 1966, LEVYING A TAX TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL AND IN- TEREST THEREOF, PROVIDING FOR THE METHOD OF THE EXECUTION, ISSUANCE AND DELIVERY THEREOF, AND ORDAINING OTHER Legislature, known as the "Bond and Warrant Law of 1931", and WHEREAS, on October 13, 1966, the day set zn sazd notice, the City Council of the Czty of Denton, Texas, opened and read the bids fzled
