1966-027 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OP THE CITY OF DENTON,
TEXAS, BY DELETING POUR PARKING METERS ON THE NORTH SIDE
OF WALNUT STREET BETWEEN ELM STREET AND CEDAR STREET
AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP DENTON, TEXAS HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I,
The Code of Ordinances of the City of Denton Texas, is hereby amended by
deleting from Article 16 29 in Chapter 16 of said Code the parking meters in parking
meter zone number 3 which are situated on the north side of Walnut Street between
Elm Street and Cedar Street, which Article and zone shall hereafter read as deleted
SECTION II
If any section, subsection, paragraph sentence clause or phrase ofth~s ord-
inance should be declared lnvahd for any reason whatsoever such dec~slon shall
not affect the remaining portions of th~s ordinance which shall remain ~n full
force and effect, and to this end the provisions of th~s ordinance are hereby declared
to be severable
SECTION III
This ordinance shall become effectlv_.e cmmedmtely upon ~ts passage
