DENTON, TEXAS, 1961, AS SAME WAS ADOPTED AS A PART
OF PARTS II AND III OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY ORDIN-
ANCE NO 61-19, AND AS SAID MAP APPLIES TO CERTAIN
PRSPERTY SITUATED IN THE PAUL HAMILTON ADDITION TO
THE cITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, THE SAME BEING PART OF
3~E A. HILL SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO 623, IN THE COUNTY
OF DENTON, TEXAS, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
HEREIN, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I.
That the Zonzng Map of the City of Denton, Texas, 1961,
adopted as a Part of Parts II and III of Chapter 13 of the
Code of Ordinances of the C~ty of Denton, Texas, under the
provisions of Ordlnance No 61-19, be, and the same ~s hereby
amended as follows
Ail of the heremnafter described property ~s hereby re-
moved from the "R" - Dwelling D~str~ct as shown on sazd
Map, and all provlslons of Parts II and III of Chapter
13 of the Code of Ordlnances of the City of Denton, Texas,
as provided by Ordinance No 61-19, shall hereafter apply
to sazd property as "5-2" - Dwellzng Dzstr~ct zn the
same manner as other property sztuated ~n the "A-2" -
Dwelllng Bzstr~ct,
Ail that certain tract or parcel of land s~tuated in the
Clty and County of Denton, Texas, in the A Hill Survey,
Abstract No 623, Being Lots 14 and 15 of Block A of the
p~ Hamilton Addzt~on to the City of Denton, Texas, also
shown as City lots 36 and 37 of Czty Block 316 on the
Official ~ap of said City Thzs property ~s located
on the South s~de of Eagle Drive, West of Cleveland Street
SECTION II.
That the Czty Council of the Czty of Denton, Texas, hereby
f~nds that such change is in accordance wmth a comprehensive
plan for the purpoee of promoting the general welfare of the
C~ty of Denton, Texas, and with reasonable cons~deratlons,
among other th~ngs, for the character of the dlstrzct and for
its peculiar su~tablllty or particular uses, and with a view
to gonservlng the value of the bu~ldzngs, protectzng human
l~ves, and encouraging the most appropriate uses of land for
the~maxzmum benefit to the C~ty of Denton and ~ts cmt~zens

That thzs ordznance shall be zn full force and effect
~mmed~ately after ~ts passage and approval, ~he required
public hearings havzng heretofore been held by the Planning
and Zonzng Commzss~on and the Czty Counczl of the C~ty of
Denton, Texas, after g~vzng due notzce thereo~
