ORDINANCE NO. ~ ~-~44
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22-3 8 OF CHAPTER 22 PARKS AND
RECREATION OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEAS,
RELATING TO FACILITY AND PROGRAM FEES BY ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF
FEES; REPEALING ALL FEES TN CONFLICT WITH SUCH SCHEDULE; REPEALING
ORDINANCE N0, 2009-224 AND ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT WITH THE NEW
SCHEDULE OF FEES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The "Schedule of Fees" fol~ FY 2009-2010, set forth in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and made a pall. hereof fol~ all purposes, is hereby approved, and supersedes all
prior conflicting fee schedules,
SECTION 2. The provisions of this ordinance are severable, and the invalidity of any
phrase or part of this ordinance shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remainder of
this ordinance.
SECTION 3. Th15 ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
approval,
