Notice of Public Meeting for Mountain Bike Park Focus Group
Denton Civic Center, March 25 at 6 p.m.
DENTON, TX, March 20, 2019—The City of Denton Parks and Recreation Department is
hosting a focus group meeting seeking public input from action sports and outdoor enthusiasts,
and interested members of the trail, mountain bike, and BMX riding communities to supplement
the Needs Assessment Survey as part of the future Parks, Recreation, and Trails Master Plan.
The public meeting will be held on Monday, March 25 at 6 p.m. in the Community Room at the
Denton Civic Center, 321 E. McKinney St.
Staff representatives from the Parks and Recreation Department will be on site to discuss and
receive input on mountain bike and trail elements, future trends,pump tracks, flow trails,jump
lines, dirt jumps, and more.
