ORDINANCE NO. 2012-122
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, APPROVING THE 2413 BUDGET
OF THE DENTON CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the 2013 proposed budget of the Denton Central Appraisal District was
submitted to the City of Denton on May 14, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the proposed budget contains a list showing each proposed position, the
proposed salary for the position, all benefits proposed for the position, each proposed capital
expenditure, and an estimate of the amount of the budget that will be allocated to the City of
Denton, Texas; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The City Council, pursuant to Article 6.06 of the Texas Tax Code,
approves the 2013 proposed budget of the Denton Central Appraisal District.
SECTION 2. The City Council approves the expenditure of funds for the City of
Denton's annual allocation of the 2013 Denton Central Appraisal District's proposed budget.
SECTION 3. This ordinance sha11 become effective immediately upon its passage and
approval.
