ORDINANCE NO 2016-199
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS,
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2016-149 RELATING TO THE TEXAS ENTERPRISE ZONE
PROGRAM AND NOMINATING W1NC0 FOODS, LLC; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2016-149 ordained the City's participation in the Texas
Enterprise Zone Program and nominated WinCo Foods, LLC for the Enterprise Project status;
several changes have occurred which dictate that this ordinance should be repealed and be of no
further force and effect; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds that Ordinance No. 2016-149 relating to the
participation in the Texas Enterprise Zone Program and nominated WinCo Foods, LLC for the
Enterprise Project status, which ordinance was approved on May 24, 2016, should be repealed;
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
ION 1. Ordinance No. 2016-149 is hereby repealed.
