ORDINANCE NO, 2017-136
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR USE OF CERTAIN PARK
FACILITIES; SUPERSEDING ALL PRIOR FEES AND DISCOUNTS IN CONFLICT WITH
SUCH SCHEDULE; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION m WI. The "Schedule of Fees" effective upon signing, set forth in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto, and made a part hereof for all purposes, is hereby approved, and supersedes all
prior conflicting fee, and discount schedules.
SECTION 2. The provisions of this ordinance are severable, and the invalidity of any
phrase or part of this ordinance shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remainder of
this ordinance.
SECTIwON 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
approval.
