WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the fees imposed are in the public interest; NOW,

THE COUNCIL OF T E CI1"Y OF ENTON EREBY ORDAINS

SECTION 2. The charges for property and facilities upon Denton Enterprise Airport shall
be as indicated in Exhibit 1, Airport Rates and I'ees Scheduled, attached hereto; and

ensure Airport praperty and facilities are producing fair market value; and
