A new Certificate of Occupancy for the correct use, Quick Vehicle Servicing, must be applied for and approved. 2. This Speciiic Use Permit shall be limited to quick vehicle operations by Chris Haynie in these two particular suites. 3. This Speciiic Use Permit will be limited to the use description and floar plan shown in Exhibit C. 4. Overnight outdoor storage of automobiles is prohibited. 5. Na mare than two customer vehicles per each business can be parked in the parking spaces in front of the building during business hours. ���.""d�i���f :i, Except as otherwise stated above, all terms af the SUP shall be complied with prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. Failure to comply with any term ar candition of the Ordinance will result in the SUP being declared null and void, and of no force and effect. �1� �'"C1O� �. If any provisian of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid by any court, such invalidity shall nat affect the validity of the pravisions or applications, and ta this end the pravisians of this ardinance are severable. �IT��� �"�mC�1� �w� Any person, firm, partnership or corporatian vialating any pravisian of this ordinance shall, upon canvictian, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by fine in a sum not exceeding $2,000.00 for each offense. Each day that a provision of this ordinance is vialated shall canstitute a separate and distinct affense. SECTION 6. That an offense committed before the effective date af this ordinance is .........................................._ governed by prior law and the pravisions af the Denton Code of Ordinances, as amended, in effect when the offense was committed and the former law is continued in effect for this purpose. ��C;'"�`���I i.
