WHEREAS, the City's Attorneys negotiated a settlement of the claim of Cleopatra
Birckbichler v. City of Denton, after mediating this matter; and
WHEREAS, the parties have prepared a Compromise Settlement Agreement ("CSA")
implementing of
WHEREAS, due to a contractual obligation to maintain confidentiality to the extent
allowed by law, the Council of the City of Denton has reviewed the CSA in closed session, and
