Festival ("the Festival"), which will be held at Quakertown Park on Friday, April 26, through

WHEREAS, the purpose of the Denton Art & Jazz Festival is to showcase professional and
amateur musicians, artists, and performers; and
WHEREAS, the City of Denton will co-sponsor up to $196,000 of in -kind services and
