19-986WHEREAS, the City has solicited, received, and tabulated competitive bids for the
supply of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance, repairs and replacement
services for various City buildings and any other areas maintained by the City of Denton
Facilities Department (IFB 6976) in accordance with the procedures of State laws and City
ordinances; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the City that
the herein described bids should be rejected; NOW, THEREFORE,
SECTION 1, The following competitive bids, as described in the "Bid Invitations", "Bid
Proposals" or plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City's Purchasing Agent filed
according to the bid number assigned herein (for the supply of heating, ventilation and air
conditioning maintenance, repairs and replacement services for various City buildings and any
other areas maintained by the City of Denton Facilities Department for the City of Denton Bid
Number 6976), are hereby rejected:
