TO 11;00 P.M., SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2019 FROM 12:00 P.M. TO 11:00 P,M., AND SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2019 FROM 10:00 A.M. TO 10:00 P.M., AT THE QUAKERTOWN PARK; G NTING AN INCREASE IN SOUND LEVEL5 AND A VARIANCE IN THE HOURS OF OPERATION ON SAID DATES FOR FRIDAY FROM 11:00 A.M. TO 11.00 P.M., SATURDAY FROM 12:00 P.M.
