WHEREAS, the City of Dentan, a Texas home-rule municipal carparatian (the "City"), cansidered and approved that certain consent to assignment of that certain Airport Lease (the 66Lease") from Greenpoint Aerospace Corporation ta US Trinity Holdings, LLC (66US Trinity99); and WHEREAS, US Trinity has agreed to callaterally assign its interest in the Lease to Guaranty Bank & Trust, N.A. (66Bank99) as evidenced by that certain Deed of Trust, dated September 10, 2019; and WHEREAS, the Lease requires written consent of the City for the Collateral Assignment ta be effective and US Trinity has requested the City for such consent; and WHEREAS, the City Cauncil deems it in the public interest to give cansent to the callateral assignment contemplated abave; NOW, THEREFORE, •' ! # � • '' ; •' � � SECTION 1.
