ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, APPROVING THE 2021 TAX
ROLLS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the 2021 tax rolls of the City of Denton,
Texas, which will result in a tax levy in the estimated amount of $80,637,640 based on the Certified
Appraisal Roil as approved by the Appraisal Review Board of the Denton Central Appraisal
District.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
approval.
The motion to approve this Ordinance was made by and
