AN ORDINANCE REJECTING ANY AND ALL COMPETITIVE BIDS FOR A PUBLIC
WORKS CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION CFA 36 INCH, 42 INCH AND 48 INCH
SEWER LINE FGR THE CITY OF DENTCN BID NUMBER 4457}; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, the City has solicited, received and tabulated competitive bids for the
construction of public works or improvements the construction of a 36 inch, 42 inch and 48 inch
sewer line -Bid Numbe~• 4457} in accordance with the procedures of State laws and City
ordinances; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the City that
the herein described bids should be rejected; NCW THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF DENTCN HEREBY ORDAINS;
SECTION 1. The following competitive bids for the construction of public works or
improvements, as described in the "Bid Invitations", "Bid Proposals" or plans and specifications
on file in the Office of the City's Purchasing Agent Bled according to the bid number assigned
herein (for the construction of a 36 inch, 42 inch and 48 inch sewer line -Bid Number 4457} are
hereby rejected:
