All ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AMENDING THE ONE
AND TWO FAMILY BUILDING PERMIT FEE OF THE SCHEDULE OF PERMIT
FEES ISSUED BY THE BUILDING INSPECTOR; SUPERSEDING PRIOR ONE-
FAMILY AND TWO-FAMILY BUILDING PERMIT FEE SCHEDULES TO THE
EXTENT OF CONFLICT, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION 1. The following Schedule of Permit Fees for One-Family and Two-
Family Dwellings, for permits issued by the Building Official, is hereby approved and
adopted:

SECTION 2. All provisions of the ordinances of the City of Denton, Texas,
establishing fees which conflict with the fees established by this ordinance, are hereby
superseded to the limited extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This fee schedule shall be available for public inspection at the
offices of the Building Official and the City Secretary.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective December 1, 2008.
