AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING A NEW
SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES FOR VARIOUS PERMITS ISSUED BY THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR; SUPERSEDING PRIOR FEE SCHEDULES TO THE
EXTENT OF CONFLICT, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION 1. The following schedule of permit fees for permits issued by the
Building Official is hereby adopted and approved:

SECTION 2. All provisions of the ordinances of the City of Denton establishing
fees which conflict with the fees established by this ordinance are hereby superseded to
the limited extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This fee schedule shall be available for public inspection at the
offices of the Building Official and the City Secretary.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effeective December 1, 2008.
