~CTION.i_ That the Zoning and Use District Map of the
City o~f Denton, Texas, be amended as follows
A~11 of the hereinafter described property is hereby
~lemoved from the Dwelling District as shown on said
m~ap, and all provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of
~he City of Denton and the Zoning Map shall hereafter
~pply to said property as Business District property

Loving Survey, Abstract No 759, Denton County, Texas
'SECTION 2 The Cit~ Council of the City of Denton, Texas,
hereby finds that such change is in accordance with a comprehen-
sivel plan for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of
the Cl~y of Denton, and with reasonable consideration, among
other things, for the character of the district and for its
peculiar suitability for pa~ticular uses, and with a view to
coDse~ving the value of buildings and encouraging the most
appropriate use of such land for the maxirm~m benefit to the
City Of Denton, Texas, and its citizens
~EC~IO~m ~ That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect immediately after its passage and approval, the re-
quired public hearings having heretofore been held by the
Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council
