CODE OF ORDINANCES 0F THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS,

MERCHANDIEE OR MU.~IC COIN-OI~ERATFD MACHINES OF iWO
DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS (32 50) ON LACH SUCH MACHINE
WHERE THE COIN, FEE OR TOKEN USED, OR WHICH MAY BE
USED IN THE OPERATION THEREOF IS ONE OF ~ VALUE OF
FIVE CENTS (5~) OR MORE, OR RP~PRESENTS A VALUF OF
FIVE CENTS (5~) OR MORE, AND DECLARING AN EFF~mCTIVE
DATF
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION 1
That Article 15 06 (b) (1) of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Denton, Texas, be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows
"(1) For each merchandise or music coin-operated
machine, a fee of Two Dollars and Fifty Cents
(~2 50), where the coin~, fee or token used,
or which may be used in the operation thereof,
is one of the value of Five Cents (5~) or more,
or re~resents a value oF Five Cents (~) or
This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its
passage
