COUNCIL OF '~HE CI'lY OF DENi~)N HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTI_ON~i. That Article 1~.06 (b) (2) of the Code of 0rdi-
nanceslof the City of Denton, Texas, be amended so as to hereafter
read as follows:
"(2) For each skill or pleasure cozn-operatod machine,
a fee of Five Dollars ($~.00), where the cots,
fee or token used, or which may be used, in the
operation thereof is one of the value in excess
of Five Cents (~J), or represents a value in
excess of Five Cents (~j)."
SECTION 2 That Article 1~.06 (b) (3) of the Code of 0rdz-
nances of the City of Denton, Texas, be and the same zs hereby
amended so as to hereafter read as follows:
"1(3) For each skill or pleasure coin-operated machzne,
a fee o£ Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($2.50), where
the cozn, fee or token used, or which may be used,
in the operation thereof is one of the value is
excess of One Cent (1~) and not exceedzng Fzve Cents
