~TEE O=¢NOIL OP ~EE ~ITY OP DENTON HEP~BY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That effective with the first gas bills rendered
on or a~ter the 1st day of July, 1960, the general service rate
for gales of natural gas and natural gas service rendered to
residential and commercial consumers within the City Limits of
Dent~n, Texas, by Lone Sta~ Gas Company, a Texas eo~poration, its
successors a~d assigns, is hereby fixed and detemmined as follows:
Minimum Monthly Bill $.50.
Readiness To Serve Charge $.50 pe~ Month.
$.8433 g~oss per MOP; $.759 net per MOP.
Net rate shall apply t o all bills paid within ten days from
monthly billing date.
This o~dinance does not regulate any rate or cha~ge except
those, Specifically set out hereinabove.
The above rate is applicable to each residential and
nmrei~l consume~ pe~ month or fo~ any part of a month for which
gas is used at the same location.
~TION, .2~' That the rate set forth in Section i may be
changed and amended in the~ manner provided by law. Sel-vice here-
underI is subject to the o~de~s of regmlatcry bodies having Juris-
diction, and to the Con~a~y~s l~mles and Regulations currently on
file in the Company,s Office.
~C_TIO~. That t~tis ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
