(e) Ta~k T~-,o~_ and Tank ,T~ailers
(1) All tank t~ucka and ta~ ~ra~lers use~ f~
the t~anspo~tat~on of liveried Wt~oleum
~ases within the Cit2 s~ll be so ~onst~oted
~d opePate~ as to c~12 ~th the re~lations
f,~ ~e design, const~ction and operation of
~Atomoblle tank trucks and tank trailers for
the transportation of liquefied petroleum
gases as may be provided by Liquefied Petroleum
Gas Docket No. 1 of the Railroad Commission
of Texas, published under date of ~une 1, 1954,
as may be amended from time to time.
(2) Any person, fl~ or corporation who shall
operate or cause to be operated any tank truck
or tank trailer used for the purpose of trans-
portin~ liquefied petroleum gas within the
corporate limits of the City shall keep any
such equipment in good condition at all times,
and upon the development of any defect that
would create a hazard to persons or property,
said tank truck or tank trailer shall be re-
moved from the streets of the City until such
defects have been repaired, or faulty equip-
merit replaced; and any such tank trucks and
tank trailers shall be subject to inspection
by the proper authorities at any time. No
tank truck or tank trailer which is or has
been filled with liquefied petroleum gas shall
be parked or stored upon any street within the
Fire Limits; nor shall they be stored or
paired inside or outside of any building within
the Fire Limits as defined by this Chapter.

Ail liquefied petroleum gas sold within the Oity
shall be treated with a malodorant in such quantities
as required by State Law to create an odor easily
detected in case of leaks in piping or equipment."
Any person, association of persons, firm or corporation vio-
lating any provision of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty
of a misde~eanor, and upon conviction for violation thereof, shall
be fined in any sum not to exceed T~Hundred Dollams ($~00.O0); and
each day of use or operation of any such equipment shall constitute
a separate offense.

this or~inance shall be held invalid, such invalidity shall not
~feet the valid portions hereof, which shall be enforceable regar~-
less o£ suoh holding.
Thlis ordinance or the caption thereof shall be published as
required by law and shall become effective fourteen (1~) days from
the datle of passage.
