Code~of Ordmnances of the Cmty of Denton, Texas, under the pro-
vmsmons of Ordmnance No 61-19 be, and the same ms hereby, amended
as follows:

,on samd map, and all provmsmons of Parts II and III of
Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordmnances of the Cmty of Denton,

hereby finds that such change as an accordance wzth a compre-
henszve plan for the purpose of promotzng the general welfare
of ~he Caty of Denton, and wzth reasonable conszderatlon, among
other things, for the character of the dastract and for ats
peculaar suatabal~ty for particular uses, and w~th a vaew to
conservlng the value of buildings and encouraging the most
appropraate use of such land for the maxamum benefit to the
C~ty of Denton, Texas, and zts c~t~zens
~ECTION 3 That thzs ordinance shall be an full force and
eff~ect zmmedzately after ~ts passage and approval, the requared
publac hearings havang heretofore been held by the Plannang and
Zoning Comralssaon and the Caty Council
