W~REAS, it appears to the City Council that Joe Sklles,
Raymond Pitts and Clayton Atkins have the qualifications for
me~ers of the Board of Equalization as provided in Section
7 20 of the City ~arter, n~ therefore
TM CO~CIL OF T~ CITY OF DENTON ~BY ORDAINS
S~CTION 1 ~at the said Joe Skiles, Raymond Pitts and
Clayton Atkins be and they are hereby appointed me~ers of the
Board of E~ualization Of the City of Denton, Texas, for the
year 1962
S~CTION 2 That Joe ~iles be and he is hereby appointed
~a~rman of the Board
SECTION 3 Each me. er of the Board shall serve without
pay
SECTION 4 ~ls ordinance shall become effective immediately
