1962-027 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, 1961, AS SAME WAS ADOPTED
AS A PART OF PARTS II AND III OF CHAPTER 13
OF TH~. CO0~- O~ ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DENTON,
TEXAS, BY ORDINANCE NO 6 1-19, AS SAID MAP
APPLIES TO CERTAIN PROPER~IY LOCATED IN THE CITY
OF DENTON, TEXAS, NORTH OF MISSION STREET AND
BOUNDED ON THE EAST BY JAMES STREET AND THE
TEXAS AND PACIFIC RAILWAY ON THE WEST, AND DE-
CLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION 1 That the Zoning Map of the City of
Denton, Texas, 1961, adopted as a part of Parts II
and III of Chapter 13 of the code of OrdInances of the
City of Denton, Texas, under the provisions of
OrdInance No 61-19 be, and the same is hereby,
amended as follows
Ail of the hereinafter described property is
hereby removed from the "LI"- Lxght Industrzal
Dxstrict as shown on said map, and all provisions
of Parts II and Chapter 13 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Denton, Texas, as
provided by Ordinance No 61-19, shall here-
after apply to said property as "A-2"- Dwelling
District property in the same manner as other
property located in the "A-2"- Dwelling District
