BEGINNING at a point in the East line Of
the William Daniels S~rvey, Abstract 378,
and located 1,336 feet North of the North
line of Mission Street. Point also being
in the East line of a tract of land now
in the name of Acme Brick Company,
TI~NCE East 300 feet to a point for a corner,
T~ENCE North 300 feet East of and parallel to
the East line of the WilliamDaniels Survey,
Abstract 378 and crossing the S. C. Hirams
Survey, 1,500 feet to a point for a corner,

SECTI(H~ 2~ The City C~ncil of the City of Denton,
Texas, hereby finds that such change is in accordance with
a c~prehensive plan for the purpose of promoting the
general welfare of the City of Denton, and with reasonable
consideration, among other things, for the character of the
district and for its peculiar suitability for particular
uses, and with a view to conserving the value of buildings
and encouraging the most appropriate use of such land for
the maximum benefit to the City of Denton, Texas, and its
citizens.
SECTI0~ 3. That this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect immediately after its passage and approval,
the required ~ublic hearings having heretofore been held by
the Planning and Zoning Co~unission and the City Council
