1963-024 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY REPEALING ARTICLE 1 01, ANNEXATION,
AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That the Code of Ordanances of the City of Denton, Texas,
is hereby amended so as to repeal Article i 01, entatled
Annexataon, an Chapter One of saad Code of Ordinances which Artacle
shall hereafter be revoked and abrogated, and Artacle Number I 01
shall hereafter remain reserved untal otherwase Ordained
SECTION ~I
That thxs Ordanance shall become effectave fourteen (14)
days from the date of 1ts passage, and the City Secretary as
hereby darected to cause the captaon of thas Ordanance to be
publzshed twace an the Denton Record-Chronzcle wmthzn ten (10)
days of the date of ars passage
