~c Works o~ the CLty of Denton hav~ng measure, ex~ned
andl caused to he tested the finished improvements hy the
means and in the manner provided for h~ the terms of such
contract and the plans and specifications therein contained,
and the said Director of P~blic works having found that such
improvements have been constructed and completed in full
satisfaction and compliance with the terms of such contract
and the plans and specifications therein contained, and having
approved and accepted said in~rovements and work and having
heretofore issued his Certificate of Acceptance, and having
so certified to the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas,
and having reu~mnended that such city Council accept and
receive said work and ~nprovements as constructed by the said
Public Coustruction Company, and said work and improvements
having been found by the City Manager, the Mayor and the City
Co.nell of the City of Denton, Texas, to have been performed
and c~apleted in full satisfaction and compliance with the
tels Of said contract and plans and specifications, the
sa~e are hereby now accepted and approved by said City Council
of the City of Denton, Texas.

That the Mayor and the City Secretary of the City of
Denton, Texas, are hereby authorized and directed to issue
assignable special assessment certificates payable to the
City of Denten, Texas, evidencing the assessments against
the property improved abutting upen said streets within the
l~aits above defined, and against the real and true owners
thereof, which, hy the terms of Ordinance No. 62-13, passed
and approved on the 24th day of April, A.D. 1962, have here-
tofore been authorized, said assessment certificates to he
executed Ln ~he n~e o~ the C£ty o£ Denton, ~e~s, b~ ~he
~or ~nd ~he C~y 8ec~e~a~ ~he~eo~ ~nd ~p~essed w~h ~he
seal of sa~d C~y, and da~ as of ~e da~e of ~h~s ordinance,
and such o~ce~s a~e he~ au~hor~z~ and d~rected to exe~e
sa2d ce~tLf~cates ~n their off~c2al capacities on behalf of
saLd C~t~.
