CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, 1961, AS SAME WAS
AD~PTED AS A PART OF PARTS II AND III OF
CHAPTER 13 OF TI~ CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF DENT~, TEXAS, BY ORDINANCE NO. 61-19,
AS SAID MAP APPLIES TO LOTS 1, 2 AND 4 IN
BLOCK NO. 415 AS SHOWN ON THE OFFICIAL MAP OF
THE CITY OF DENT~, TEXAS, AND MORE PARTICU-
LARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN~ AND DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
S~ION 1 That the Zoning Map of the City of
Denton, Texas, 1961, adopted as a part of Parts II and III
of Chapter 13 of the Co~e of Ordinances of the City of Denton,
Texas, un4er the provisions of Ordinance No 61-19 be, and the
sam~ is hereby, amended as follows
Ail of the hereinafter described property is
hereby removed from the "R" - Dwelling District
as,shown on said map, and all provisions of Parts
II,and III of Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Denton, Texas, as provided by
Ordinance No. 61-19, shall hereafter apply to
said property es "LB" - Local Business District
property in the same manner as other property located
in the "LB" - Local Business District;
Ail that certain lot, tract or parcel of land
situated in the City and County of Denton, Texas,
an~ being more particularly described as follows~
Being all of Lots 1, 2 and 4 in Block No 415,
as~shown on the Official City Map of the City
of, Denton, Texas.

S~CTION 2 The ,City Council of the City of Denton,
Texas, hereby finds that such change is in accordance with
a oomprehensive plan for the purpose of promoting the general
welfare of the Ci~ of ~enton, and with reasonable consideration,
among other things, for the character of the distract and for
its peoul, iar su~tability for particular uses, and with a view

tolconse~ving the value of buildings and encouraging the most
appropriate use of such land for the maximum benefit to the
Ci~y of Denton, Texas, and its citizens
SE~TI,O~ 3. That this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect immediately after its passage and approval,

th~ Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council
