~at Article 10.10(k) of the Code of Or~inances of the
City of Denton, Te~s, be and the s~e is hereby ~ended by
the addition of subsection (7) which shall hereafter read as
foll~s~
"(7) ~e ~ief of Police, In hie discretion,

connecti~ with the application mentioned in

such cases the City Secretary shall issue

subject to ~ediate revocation upon verbal
or written notice to the holder ~ereo~ by
the ~lef of Police"
