WHEI~AS, the City council of the City of Denton, Texas,
has ordered a study of a proposed change of zoning claastfi-
c&tion of ~he property hereinafter described from #R" -
Dwelling District to t_~e #LI# - Light Industrial Dlstrict~
and
WHEI~AS, it appears desirable to hold the public hearing
o~ the City Council on such application jointly with the
p~blic hearing required to be held by the Planning and Zoning
C0~miaalon, under the provieions of Article 1011f, Revised
C%vil Statutes of Texas, as amended by Act 1961, 57th Leg.,
p~ 570, ch. 267, aec. l~ no~ therefore

~ That a joint public hearing of the Planning
a~d Zoning C~lssion of the City of Denton, Texas, and the
City Council of the City of Denton, Texas, shall be held on
January 24, 1963, in the Council RoOm in the Municipal Building
o~ the City of Denton, Texas, at 4~00 p.m., to consider a
p~oposal to amend the~Zoning Map of the City of Denton, Texas,
1961, aa adopted under the provisions of Ordinance No 61-19,
so aa to change the classification of the hereinafter described
property from the #R# - Dwelling District to the "LI# - Light
Industrial District:
