DENTON, TEX~S, 1961, AS S ~ WAS ADOPTED AS A PART OF
,ARTS II AND III OF CB~PTER 13 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
)F THE CITY OF DENTON, TEX~S, BY oRDINaNCE NO 61-19,
AND AS S~ID ~P APPLIES TO PORTIONS OF BLOC~ 176 ON THE
~_AST SIDE OF RUDDELL STRFET IN THE CITY OF DENTON,
tEXAS, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBER HEREIN, AND
DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY oRDAINS
ISECTION I. That the Zoning Map of the Czty of Denton,
Texa~, 1961, adopted as a part of Parts II and III of Chapter
13 of the Code of Ordlnances of the City of Denton, Texas, under
the provlslons of Ordinance No 61-19 be and the same is hereby
amended as follows
Ail of the hereinafter descrlbed property is hereby
removed from the ,,H"-Dwell~ng Dlstrlct as shown on said
map, and all provls~ons of Parts II and III of Chapter 13
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Denton, Texas,
as provided by Ordinance No 61-19, shall hereafter apply
to sa~d property as ,,A-2"-Dwelllng District ~n the same
manner as other property located zn the ,,A-2"-Dwelllng
Dlstr~ct
City Lots 4,5~6,7,8,9,10,10 1,10 2,10 3,11, and 11 1
of Block 176 on the East side of Ruddell from a point
600 feet South of Highway 24 East to Mlngo Road
SECTION II. That the C~ty Council of the City of Denton,
