QF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY ORDINANCE NO 61-19,
~ND AS SAID MAP APPLIES TO 1201 through 1207 WEST
~ICKORY STREET IN THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AND MORE
~ARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENT~N HEREBY ORDAINS
~ECTION I. That the Zoning Map of the City of Denton, Texas
1961,1 adopted as a part of Parts II and III of Chapter 13 of the
Code ~f Ordinances of the Caty of Denton, Texas, under the
provzls~ons of Ordinance No 61-19 be, and the same is hereby
amended as follows
~11 of the hereznafter described property is hereby
removed from the "A2"-Dwelllng Dzstrzct as shown on
sa~d map, and all prov~szons of Parts II and III of
~hapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the Caty of
Denton, Texas, as provided by Ordinance NO 61-19, shall
ihereafter apply to sald property as "LB"- Local Busaness
