AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TE~S~ 1961, AS SAME WAS ADOPTED AS A PART OF PARTS II AND III OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY ORDINANCE NO 61-19, A~D AS SAID MAP APPLIES TO BLOCK 7, LOTS NO 9 AND 10 OF THE OWSLEY PARK ADDITION, TO THE CITY OF DENTON, TE~S~ AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS SE~CTION I. That the Zoning Map of the City of Denton, Texas, 1961, adopted as a part of Parts II and III of Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Denton, Texas, under the provisions of Ordinance No 61-19 be, and the same is hereby amended as follows All of the hereinafter described property is hereby removed from the "R" - Dwelling District as shown on said map, and all provisions of Parts II and III of Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Denton, Texas, as provided by Ordinance No 61-19, shall hereafter apply to said property as "A-2" Dwelling District property in the same manner as other property located in the "A-2" - Dwelling District All t~ose certain lots, tracts or parcels of land situated in the County of Denton, Texas, being known and described as Lots No 9 and 10, Block 7, of the Owsley Park Addition, to the City of Denton, Texas, shown by the map or plat thereof on record in the County Clerk's Office of Denton County, Texas SECTION II The City Council of the City of Denton, Texas, herebyI finds that such change is in accordance with a comprehensive plan for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of the City of Denton, and with reasonable consideration, among other things, for the character of the district and for its peculiar suitability for particular uses, and with a view to conserving the value of buildings and encouraging the most appropriate use of such land for the maximum benefit to the City of Denton, Texas, and its citizens SECTION III..
