1964-011 AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That the Code of Ordananoes of the C~ty of Denton, Texas,
is hereby amended by ancludang new Subsection (uu-1) in Article
13 10 an Chapter Thlrteen, Part Two, of sa~d Code of Ordanances
which shall hereafter read as follows
(uu-1) Vehacle Parkang Space
Vehicle parkang space means an area capable of
parkang as many automobales as 180 w~ll davlde
lnto the total space required Draveways and
access for each such automobile are addataonal
SECTION II
That ~f any section, subsectaon, paragraph, sentence, clause,
phrase or word an th~s ordinance, or applacatlon thereof to any
person or c~rcumstanoes Ks held anvalld by any court of competent
]urasd~ct~on, such holdang shall not affect the valadaty of the
remaining portions of thas ordanance, and the City Councal of the
Caty of Denton, Texas, hereby declares at would have enacted such
remaan~ng portaons despite any suoh anvalad~ty
SECTION III
That thas ordinance shall become effectave fourteen (14)
days from the date of its passage, and the Caty Secretary as hereby
darected to cause the caption of thas ordinance to be published
twace an the Denton Record Chronicle wath~n ten (10) days of the
date of ~ts passage
