ORDINANCE NO. 2006-/1-;-/
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE RISK MANAGER TO EXECUTE A RELEASE OF
CLAIMS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS REGARDING A CLAIM
AGAINST CALVERT PAVING FOR DAMAGE CAUSED TO CITY OF DENTON PROP-
ERTY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The Risk Manager is hereby authorized to execute a release of claims on
behalf of the City of Denton regarding a claim against Calvert Paving for damage to City owned
property.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
approval.
