completed, the Director of Communmty Development of the Czty of
Denton havmng measured, examined and caused to be tested the
fmnlshe~ improvements by the means and an the manner provzded
by the terms of such contract and of plans and speczfmcatmons
theremn contained, and the Director of Communmty Development
havmng found that such improvements have been constructed and
completed in full compliance with the terms of samd contract and
the pla~s and specifications %heremn contained, and havmng ap-
proved ~nd acdepted samd mmprovements, and having recommended
that the Cmty Council accept said work and mmprovements, it is,
accordingly, ordered that said work and mmprovements have been
found by the Mayor and City Council of the Czty of Denton to
have been performad and completed in full complmance wmth the
terms o~ the samd contract and plans and specmfmcatzons, the
