PORATED HEREIN, CLASSIFYING THE SAME AS DWELLING

WHEREAS, the ordinance was initially introduced at a
public meeting of the City Council of the City of Denton,
the~Jday of October, A.D. 1965, upon the

time in the official newspaper of the City of Denton, Texas,
at least 30 days prior to the effective date, and

evidence bearing upon the annexation provided by this
ordinance,
INOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY
ORDAINS
SECTION I.
iThat the property described in Exhibit A, attached here-
to and incorporated into this ordinance as though set out in
full herein, be made hereby a part of sa~d C~ty and the land
and 9ny present and future lnhabltants thereof shall be
entitledj to all ~he rights and prlv~leges of other citizens
of said City and shall be bound by the acts and ordinances of
saldlClty now in effect or which may hereafter be enacted and
the property situated therein shall be subject to and shall
bear 1ts pro-rata part of the taxes lev~ed by the City of
Denton
SECTION II
The property described in said Exhibit A ~s hereby
classified as "R" - Dwelllng D~str~ct Property
SECTION III
This ordinance shall be effective on and after the
27th day of November, A D 1965, said date being at least
30 days after
