THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance 2002-041 is hereby amended by the adoption of the Development Review Fee Schedule set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes and authorized to be imposed for the filing of applications, review, approval, grant or issuance of plats, plans, permits, licenses, certificates, variances or designations required by the Subdivision Rules and Regulations and Zoning Regulations set forth in the Denton Development Code. SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall repeal every prior ordinance in conflict herewith, but only insofar as the portion of such prior ordinance shall be in conflict; and as to all other sections of the ordinance not in direct conflict herewith, this ordinance shall be and is hereby made cumulative except as to such prior ordinances or portions thereof as are expressly repealed hereby. SECTION 3. If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, phrase or word in this ordinance, or application there of to any person or circumstance is held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not effect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, and City Council of the City of Denton, Texas hereby declares it would have enacted such remaining portions despite any such invalidity.
