IEREA, the City of Denton and tl~e Denton Independent school District mutually agree to provide meals for eligible individuals; NOS, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL TAE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAIN; SECTION 1. The C1ty tanager is hereby authorized to execute a Contract with the Denton Independent school D~stl~ct, substantially in the fot~rn ofthe contract which is attached to and made a part of this ordinance for all purposes, to provide meals for eligible indi~riduals at the carious sites, and such other documents and ce~tificatians as ate necessat~ to carry out the ~O10 hummer Food ez~ice Program and to handle all f scat and adrninistrati~re rnatters relating to the prog~~am, SECTION The expenditure of finds necessat~y to administe~~ the I ~ un~mer Food e~~ice Prog~~arn is hereby authorised. Menu Records, including amount of food prepared, Meals, including daily number of meals deli~exed by type IiI, Retention of Records These records must be repotted to the institution promptly at the end of each weep.
