have ~sen for off-site utili~ construction, expenses excee~ng the original estimate,
~affic consol measles requked by ~e Tex~ Dep~ent of Tr~spo~ation, ~d
alternate indoor slide, totaling $332,255.82 (the "Additional Expendi~es"); ~d

SECTION 1. The find~gs cont~ned in the premble of t~s ordin~ce ~e
inco~orated into ~e body of this Ord~ce.
SECTION 2. The Additional Expendi~es ~e hereby authorized. The City
M~ager, or hs desi~ee, is au~ofized to execute ~y docment on behalf of the CiW to
evidence t~s au~ofization, including my men~ent to ~e ~terlocal A~eement, if
necess~.
SECTION 3. This ord~ce shall become effective ~ediately upon its
p~sage ~d approval.
