Au~onty, submitted a Projec~etmled PI~ for 1 8 acres ofl~d located within PD-189 with the
intent to develop ~ office bmldlng, ~d
~E~AS, on December 6, 2000, the Plying ~d Zomng Commission recommended
approval ofa Projec~etmled PI~ for such 1 8 acres, ~d
~E~AS, ~e ClW Council finds that ~e ProjecffDetmled PI~ is consistent Wl~ the
approved Zomng PI~, meets the reqmrements of the No~esldentlal Interim Regulations, ~d is
consistent with the approved 1999-2020 Denton Comprehensive PI~, NOW, THE~FO~,

mended by approving ~e Projec~etmled PI~ attached hereto ~d ~nco~orated here~n by
reference as Exhibit B for 1 8 acres of l~d located w~th~n PD-189, more p~cul~ly described
by ~e legal description attached hereto ~d lnco~orated here~n by reference as Exhibit A,
subject to ~e following conditions

SECTION 3 A copy of this ordinance shall be attached to Ordinance 2000-393 showing
the amendment hereto approved
SECTION 4 If any provisions or the apphcatlon thereof to any person or c~rcumstance is
held lnvahd by any court, such mvahrhty shall not affect the validity of other proms~ons or
applications, and to this end the provisions of tins ordinance are severable
SECTION 5 Any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall, upon
conviction, be fined a sum not exceeding $2,000 00 Each day that a provision ofth~s ordinance
~s violated shall constitute a separate and chst~nct offense
SECTION 6 This ordinance shall become effective fourteen (14) days from the date of
its passage, and the C~ty Secretary is hereby d~rected to cause the caption of this ordinance to be
published twice in the Denton Record Chromcle, official newspaper of the C~ty of Denton,
Texas, within ten (10) days of the date of its passage
