JOHNSON STREET, DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS BY THE DENTON INDEPENDENT
SCHOOL DISTRICT AS TRUSTEE FOR THE TAXING ENTITIES PURSUANT TO TEXAS
PROPERTY CODE SECTION 34 05 FOR LESS THAN THE MARKET VALUE OR TOTAL
AMOUNT OF JUDGEMENTS AGAINST THE PROPERTY, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, on or about April 4, 2000 certmn property located on Johnson Street,
Denton County, Texas, A0623A, A Hall, Tract 146, 149, 0 07 Acres being more particularly
described in the Denton County Deed Records, Volume 362, Page 508, Denton County, Texas
was auctioned to satasfy a tax judgment of $1,455 68, and
WHEREAS, due to the peeuhar shape and loeataon of the property the auenon did not
produce a bonafide purchaser and the property was struck offto the Denton Independent School
Distract, and
WHEREAS, the school dmtnet has a bonafide offer and beheves that an auction would
only create adthtlonal cost and expense, request that the caty consent to a private sale of th~s
property pursuant to Texas Property Code §34 05 for less than market value specafied m the
judgement or the total amount of judgments agmnst the property, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that at is the pubhe anterest to consent to the private
sale of the property, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS

School District for the private sale of the property described as A0623A, A Hill, Tract 146, 149,
0 07 Acres more partacularly described an the Denton County Deed Records, Volume 362, Page
508, Denton County, Texas, pursuant to Texas Property Code § 34 05
