2001-106 ORDINANCE NO AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING COMPETITIVE BIDS AND AWARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF ENVIRONMENTAL LABORATORY SERVICES, PROVIDING FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS THEREFORE, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE (BID 2605 -
