AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF DENTON,
TEXAS TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF DENTON IN EXECUTING THE
OWNERS' CERTIFICATE OF A FINAL PLAT OF LOT 1, BLOCK A, RAY ROBERTS
WATER TREATMENT FACILITY, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION 1 That the Ctty Manager ~s authorized to act on behalf of the C~ty of Denton
m executing the owners' cemficate of a final plat of Lot 1, Block A, Ray Roberts Water
Treatment Facthty, a copy of which final plat ~s attached hereto and made a part hereof
SECTION 2 That tMs ordinance shall become effective ~mmedlately upon tts passage
and approval
